About
Reel Stories was an intergenerational film project led by our Emerging Artists from the University of Bristol and residents from St. Monica Trust, Cote Lane Bristol, with local youth groups and schools.

Over the course of 2018 the residents and university students collaborated together in regular sessions where they shared stories and ideas for new short films. The students spent time joining in with the many different activities taking place at Cote Lane, and meeting those who live there. The ideas came together in a final film piece that captured the lives of the residents at Cote Lane.

For this project we used our model of Chat Back to explore and develop stories into something material.
